Every face tells a story, a story of the past and the emotions of the present. When I saw this man, I knew he had a story to tell, but what caught my eye was his look of questioning bewilderment. I recognized this look. As I have grown older, I have often felt this way myself. For anyone over 60, the modern world can be bewildering. The overwhelming complexity can be highly destabilizing. The only way you can cope is to stay centered on your identity. This is what I felt about this man - despite feeling bewildered, he knew who he was.
